Global manufacturer and supplier of conformal coating and other precision dispensing systems, PVA (Precision Valve Automation, Inc.) will be targeting coating applications for Japans electronics market by featuring the PVA2000 Selective Coating System at InterNepcon Japan 2013.
During the show, January 16-18, PVA will be partnering with Alpha Electronics Corporation to showcase the expert coating capabilities of the PVA2000. This system is ideal for selective conformal coating and dispensing applications that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability in moderate to high volume manufacturing environments. It administers a clean, efficient process for applying conformal coatings via a flexible robotic platform that features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform suitable for inline or batch operation.
For greater motion capability an optional, patented servo-controlled four-axis motion platform is available for more complex coating and dispensing processes. PVAs fourth-axis motion features valve tilt and rotate, allowing rotation of the entire dispense head permitting access to all sides of a component and working around densely populated assemblies. The PVA2000 can be configured with any combination of spray and dispense valves for process optimization.
During InterNepcon Japan, 16-18 January 2013, delegates from PVA and Alpha Electronics will be available in East Hall 33-31 to answer your questions regarding the PVA2000 System, as well as any general dispensing application questions.
