Global manufacturer and supplier of conformal coating and precision dispensing systems, PVA (Precision Valve Automation, Inc.) will be showcasing its capabilities at FIEE Electrica, taking place from April 1-5, 2013 in the Anhembi Exhibition Hall in Sao Paulo.
On display in stand Q60 will be PVAs flexible robotic system, the PVA650 Selective Coating System / Dispensing. The PVA650 Selective Coating/Dispensing System is an anchor in PVAs product line, which encompasses selective coating, surface mount adhesives, automated dispensing, meter mix dispensing, manual dispensing and custom automation.
Shown at FIEE, the PVA650 will be equipped with the FC100-CF Film Coating Valve and FCM100 Micro Dispensing Valve to demonstrate accurate and repeatable conformal coating. The PVA650 can be equipped with a robust overhead three-axis motion platform, or optional four-axis with valve tilt and rotate, the system is closed-loop, featuring optical encoder feedback on all axes and accuracy of 25 microns. In addition, the system can incorporate a variety of valves for multiple dispensing applications or materials in one cell, and is suitable for inline or batch operations. The PVA650 is extremely flexible and is ideal for not only conformal coating, but dispensing applications such as potting, bead and meter-mix applications.
Presented with the system is PVAs new the mobile Portal Dashboard. The dashboard functionality allows users to evaluate key machine data remotely via their iPad. Users can confirm a machines status, cycle time, cycles, material levels, real time flow monitor volume data, and more anywhere, anytime. In addition to the standard dashboard demonstrated at FIEE, customized solutions employing real time monitoring of module specific options can be added at any time.
Lastly, the PVA650 will be adorning a new, brighter, smoother finish that will make it easier to clean and maintain once installed.
