The Gensonic Stencil Cleaning system uses a 40kHz direct on-contact ultrasonic transducer for optimised cleaning of stencil apertures.

Adhesive residues can be easily and effectively removed from laser cut stencils, and misprinted
boards can be thoroughly and repeatedly cleaned with the Gensonic. Additionally, stencil cleaning using Gensonic typically demands less than 50ml of cleaning solution per stencil, thereby reducing environmental impact and cost.

The Gensonic is portable enough to be taken directly to the printer thereby greatly reducing production downtime and printer resetting. Alternatively it can be used with the Gensonic Stencil Cleaning Centres.
