Course attendees gained hands-on experience for process application and programming on the Versaflow selective soldering machine. Albrecht Beck, President  COO, commented,The goal of the course is to give the student the knowledge to properly maintain their process toward zero defects with the highest throughput possible. Students that successfully complete this course receive a certificate upon completion.

Training course topics include a complete review of the Versaflow machine and its capabilities, a flux/preheat/solder process overview, lead-fee solder alloys, process requirements and limitations, ERSAcad, and program troubleshooting and tips to accomplish fast cycle times with zero defects. Students are encouraged to bring there most challanging products and programs along that need additional process supprt from the experts at Ersa.
