SMTA China announces that it presented awards for nine papers at the SMTA China East 2014 Conference Award Presentation Ceremony, held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition  Convention Center in conjunction with the SMTA China Annual Award Ceremony.

Integrated Service Technology Inc.s Dem Lee was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference One for the paper titled The Effect of the Pre-treatment of Metal Foil on Sulfur's Corrosive Reaction Rate in Flower of Sulfur Test Applied in Electronics.

Micronic Mydata (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.s Sam Zhao was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference Two for the paper titled Jetting Solder Paste Opens Up New Possibilities in Your SMT Production.

Flextronics Manufacturing (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.s Henley Zhou was awarded The best Paper of Technology Conference Three for the paper titled The Special Hot Bar Soldering with Copper Balls Process Development for Mix Signal Module Applications.

Tony Shao, from Mentor Graphics (Shanghai) Electronic Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference One for the presentation titled The Truth behind Shop-Floor Data Capture.

John Almiranez, from Universal Instruments Corporation, received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference Two for the presentation titled NxTGen PoP (Shrinking the Package-on-Package).

May Yan, from Cisco Systems (China) Research and Development Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference Three for the presentation titled Study on Microstructure of Vippo Designed PCB in Lead-Free Rework.

Paul Wood, from OK International, received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference One for the presentation titled LED Rework/Using Scorpion SRS-1200 Hot Air Rework Machine.

Johnny Wu, from Heller Shanghai Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Two for the presentation titled Vacuum Assisted Reflow .

Ren Yang, from VJ Electronix Inc., received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Three for the presentation titled Advanced X-ray Inspection Techniques.

CyberOptics Corporation received the award for The Best Emerging Exhibit of the Year 2014 China East with the product Solder Paste Inspection System, model SE600.

VJ Electronix Inc. received the award for The Best Exhibit Technology of the Year 2014 China East for the product Benchtop-X-ray, model XQuik.
