Kyzen will showcase its new stencil cleaning products at the SMTA Capital Expo Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the John Hopkins University/Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD. Company representatives will highlight CYBERSOLV  C8882 and CYBERSOLV C8622 underside wipes, AQUANOX  A8820 and AQUANOX  A8830/31 stencil cleaners, and CYBERSOLV  C8882 and CYBERSOLV  C3400 pre-soaked wipes.

AQUANOX A8820 effectively removes common solder pastes and fluxes, and demonstrates a favorable compatibility profile with stencil cleaning systems. It works well with spray-in-air and select ultrasonic cleaning machines, and is also effective on uncured adhesives.

AQUANOX A8830 is an ultra-low VOC, environmentally progressive formulation that does not damage stencils and is highly effective at removing all types of solder pastes (water soluble, rosin, and no-clean) from fine-pitch apertures. A8830 is a low odor cleaner than can be used in open systems.

CYBERSOLV C8622 is a full strength solvent blend specifically designed as an IPA alternative in stencil wiping and manual bench top cleaning applications. Easy-to-use, C8622 is effective in all applications where IPA is typically used.

CYBERSOLV C8882 is a fast-acting stencil cleaning solvent designed for the under-stencil on printer wipe cleaning process. C8882 instantly dissolves all flux types within the solder paste, including

water soluble, rosin and low residue no-clean fluxes. C8882 dries quickly, eliminating the streaking and smearing experienced with traditional cleaning solvents.

CYBERSOLV C3400 is a solvent blend designed to remove all raw solder pastes in stencil

cleaning applications while remaining compatible with materials commonly used in

stencil construction. Easy-to-use, C3400 is used as received and at ambient temperature. The solvent Multi-Process solvent leaves no odor or residue and is self-rinsing.

AQUANOX A8820 AQUANOX A8830/31 and CYBERSOLV C8882 are available in one, fiveand 55 gallon containers. CYBERSOLV C8882, CYBERSOLV C8622 and CYBERSOLV C3400 also are available in 16 ounce spray bottle containers and pre-saturated wipes.
