This innovative design delivers permanent, smudge-free etching capabilities on virtually any non-metallic surface through a stable, reliable marking platform.  Fully integrated into an easy-to-use Windows 7 operator interface, the model 3341 Laser Marker provides lower-cost operation when compared to ink jet and label marking systems. The unit utilizes a 30-watt CO2 laser to permanently etch an infinite number of places anywhere within an 18 x 20 marking envelop. Options for larger marking envelopes are available, and the laser system can be tuned for specific materials, speeds and applications. Typical functions for the marking system include corporate logos, bar codes, 2D matrices, board designators, and product identification information such as serial numbers, lot numbers and time/date stamps.
