Topics covered the evolution from needle dispensing solder paste to jetting underfill and bonding materials, ensuring reliability of electronic devices with a focus on cleaning and conformal coating, the challenges of selectively applying conformal coating, how to choose the right solder paste, market trends and the latest developments in UV curing materials and two-component coating, and many more. The audience of 170 came from all regions of Turkey.
