Supported by ZESTRONs highly qualified staff of process and application technology engineers, customers now have the opportunity to conduct free-of-charge cleaning trials and compatibility tests locally. They may test their applicable substrates (PCB, stencils, solder pallets, etc.) to find the most suitable cleaning process. In order to ensure that the customers cleanliness requirements are met, the results of the cleaning trials are analyzed immediately and according to international standards (IPC610, J-STD-001D, etc.) in ZESTRONs Analytical Center. Upon completion, ZESTRONs local Application Technology Manager will provide a detailed written technical report outlining ZESTRONs cleaning process recommendations.
