The LS60V-LED specifically addresses customers requirements for longer LED panel lengths, LED package nozzle dimensions and material selection, and utilizes APS Novastars proprietary touchless centering system, providing placement rates of up to 4800 cph. The new LS60V-LED handles panels up to 800mm in length and is available with an array of nozzles designed for the most common LED packages from CREE, Nichia, and Philips Lumileds and Luxeon. Custom manufactured nozzles are available to address a customers specific application needs. The APS Novastar LS60V-LED is capable of placing 0201s, SOICs, 15-mil pitch QFPs and CSPs, BGAs, and microBGAs.
