SMTA China announces that it presented awards for nine papers at the SMTA China South 2014 Conference Award Presentation Ceremony, held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Shenzhen Convention Exhibition Center in conjunction with the SMTA China Annual Award Ceremony.

Flextronics Industrial (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. s Henley Zhou was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference One for the paper titled  The Effects of Nitrogen on Solder Joint Quality and Systematic Approach of Reducing Consumption in Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Indium Corporation (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. s Wisdom Qu was awarded The Best Paper of Technology Conference Two for the paper titled  Achieving High Reliability via Epoxy Flux

Integrated Service Technology Inc. s Michael Peng was awarded The best Paper of Technology Conference Three for the paper titled  The Effect of the Pre-Treatment of Metal Foil on Sulfurs Corrosive Reaction Rate in Flower of Sulfur Test Applied in Electronics

Hongxia Wang, from Shenzhen Changcheng Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference One for the presentation titled  Finite Element Analysis for Lower Silver Solder Alloy Thermal Fatigue Reliability

Ryan Yu, from KYZEN received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference Two for the presentation titled Cleaning Soldering Residues from High Lead Solder PCBs

Ben Liu, from Sonoscan Inc. received the award for The Best Presentation of Technology Conference Three for the presentation titled Automating C-SAM Process Control - From the Lab to the Fab and Back-End

Paul Wood, from OK International, received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference One for the presentation titled Contactless cleaning of solder from BGA/QFN style pad patterns

Rae Wang, from Inventec Performance Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Two for the presentation titled Cleaning Process in Electronic Assembly Understanding todays needs

Jie Zhu from ASM Assembly Systems Ltd. received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Three for the presentation titled Key Factors to Success in 03015 Process from SIPLACE

KYZEN received the award for The Best Emerging Exhibit of the Year 2014 China South with the product of Clearing Solvent .

Air Liquide received the award for The Best Exhibit Technology of the Year 2014 China South with the product of ALIX Dry P .
